JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: EXECUTIVE – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
1. Roles and Responsibilities:
· Analysis of potential projects coming up in Oil & Gas sector.
· Identifying upcoming tenders from Government/ PSUs/ Private Sectors and to analyze the tender documents for prequalification
· Maintain close interaction and develop rapport with all existing and potential clients.
· Should be able to prepare PQ
· Sending Expression of Interest along with credentials.
· Preparing corporate presentations on behalf of the Company for discussing with clients, seminars and corporate events etc.
· Participate in techno-commercial discussions and negotiations, Tenders/ Pre-Bids
· Managing Enquiries & Proposals.
· Involve in preparing proposals for various enquiries.
· Data collection from technical team and estimating the quote for enquiries.
· Holding meetings with clients and justifying the price quoted.
· Undertake Business promotion visits as and when needed.
· Ensure vendor registrations with major clients are in place.
2. Skills:
· Should have a Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical
· With at least 5 to 12 years in project development with reputed Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical/ EPC Industry
· Should possess strong interpersonal skills with good communication and presentation skills
· Should have good computer skills
· Maintaining confidentiality, personal credibility and meeting ethical standards
· Should be aware of work flow requirements of Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Quality and Safety Departments
