Network Operation Center (NOC) Monitoring (Qty 6) (two each shifts)
- Monitoring support shall monitor All Network equipment and IP Telephony Systems on (24x7) basis; using Network Management System Tools as mentioned in (Attachment I, II & V), as well as using SEC provided NOC tools.
- Should have specialized Monitoring Support for the Operations of Network and IPT System; based on Manufacturers best practices, procedures and instructions. The Network and IPT System Monitoring shall cover all SEC sites and Equipment.
- NOC Monitoring Support shall typically provide support on (24x7) basis
- Monitoring operations of all backbone Data and Voice links and network and IPT devices.
- Ensuring continuous operation of servers (such as but not limited to the monitoring servers and IPT servers) and services.
- Providing quality and enhanced support for network and IPT users.
- Troubleshooting of all network and IPT system related problems.
- Opening tickets to track and document resolution of problems.
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week supervised operation by highly skilled network and system engineering support.
- Follow the escalation process as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
