We are looking for a IT Manager - Hardware and Networking for our premium hospitality clients for Implementing, Maintaining, and Supporting the Network Infrastructure and the operations.
Responsibilities
- Ability to configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., Routers, Switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and controller).
- Ability to work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval, and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.
- Strong Network and Wi-Fi knowledge such as Cisco, HP, Ruckus, CCNA or higher.
- Troubleshooting & Configuration.
Qualifications
- BTech /BCA/MCA or equivalent degree.
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in Network Device Installation / Trouble Shooting.
- should have Practical experience with a strong technical understanding of Infrastructure, Network technology, Firewalls & Windows Server.
- Whilst Hospitality experience would be a differentiating factor.
- Must-Have experience Providing Level-3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.
- Candidate must have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
