Lead Design Engineer - Static equipment. Details below
The incumbent would be working under the Manager O & G as Lead Engineer Pressure Vessels and provide Design & CAD support in conformance to applicable ASME standards.
Shall also attend ASME certification audits at client pressure vessel shops
1)Design of pressure vessels as per ASME Section VIII Div 1 & 2
2) Ability to operate and interpret outputs from pressure vessel design softwares like P V Elite and /or Compress
Shall have thorough knowledge of pressure vessel and heat exchanger design codes and standards like ASME Section VIII Div 1 & 2, BS 5500, TEMA, IBR, etc.
Shall be capable of using computer-assisted pressure vessel design softwares like Pv Elite and/or Compress. Familiarity with relevant material specifications and codes contained in ASTM & ANSI will be a must.
