Should have exposure to all construction discipline activities.

Candidates with experience in sites

Site experience as RCM or deputy RCM in large / complex chemical / petrochemical, Refinery plant, Good leadership & communication & high energy & good network, Experience 20 + Yrs minimum 7 years (minimum 3 +sites) shall be in the capacity of Site Manager, ready to work for Corporate construction , good in Coordination, team management, communication,

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, and shall be well versed with Construction Planning and management in multi-disciplinary environment
Responsible for successful execution of the construction and start-up of the project. Provides leadership to the project staff and all organizations on site. Directs staff in the daily, weekly planning process. Functions as a representative for organization in all matters dealing with Owner and Contract. Implements Clients standards and procedures, develops project specific procedures and allocates resources and makes decisions in support of project strategies

Candidates should have excellent communication skills, and shall be well versed with Construction Planning and management in multi-disciplinary environment
The candidate is required to drive the project from site with focus on Safety, Quality, Schedule and Cost.
