Location: Vadodara-Gujarat
Qualification: BE/B.TECH - Mechanical
Experience: Min 15+ Yrs.
Job Description:
1. Detail Engineering and Proposal Engineering of static equipment's like Pressure vessel, column, heat exchanger, Reactors, Tank, Ejector, Silencer, Filter, Colaeser etc.
2. To perform engineering of static equipment's with the support of task force engineers.
3. Provide technical guidance to the task force members
4. Ensure quality and timely submission of deliverables as per DCI.
5. Bring improvement in the engineering systems
6. Co-ordinate among project team members on technical matters
7. Support/ implement departmental quality management programs
8. Trouble-shooting and resolving site problems pertaining to static equipment engineering
Competency required:
1. Should have knowledge of static equipment's like Pressure vessel, column, heat exchanger, Reactors, Tank, Ejector, Silencer etc.
2. Should have functioned as Lead Engineer for projects which are already implemented
3. Familiarity with international codes & standards, material standards and specifications
4. Experience in design, preparation of mechanical data sheets and specifications
5. Experience in vendor offer evaluation, preparation of TBE and review vendor drawings/ calculations
6. Experience in engineering of Petrochemical, Refinery Oil & Gas projects
7. Knowledge of Software's like, PV-Elite, Compress, Microprotol, ASPEN, AME Tank, Nozzle Pro etc.
8. Ability to carry out design optimization through Value Engineering and cost effective alternate designs.
9. Understanding of overall engineering cycle for Hydrocarbon Projects
10. Understanding of Equipment fabrication and Site erection requirements to provide timely inputs to interface discipline's.
