JOB SUMMARY: 
This is a demanding role that will require you to be assertive and resilient, whilst maintaining a positive attitude. Ideally you'll be qualified to ITIL Practitioner Level although this is not essential.

Strong communication skills will be paramount and you'll need to be competent writing reports and sending out mass communications.

You must be capable of thinking on your feet, challenging decisions and seeking alternative ways of working. You should be confident in describing the facts and impact of incidents to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You should have excellent problem solving skills and will demonstrate strong attention to detail. You will need to be well organised and have experience of working in a high pressure, multi-platform environment.

This is an operational role which will require the team to cover Smart Metering business hours. You will also be required to be on a 24/7 Stand-by rota for any out of hours, high priority incidents.
