The Role: Local coordinator required to work from the Worthing office in a temporary capacity to execute project involving solar equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement company processes including case creation and management Resolve customer problems related to specific upgrade procedure on solar equipment, logistics and other issues. Utilize software and databases for data input, particularly Excel and Salesforce, reporting and logistics. Working closely with the Global Project Manager for on-going assignment. Collating large amounts of data and subsequent generation of reports. Liaising with company Service Partners/Contractors to define stock levels, arrange site visits and coordinate logistics
Essential Skills / Qualifications: High level of competence in Excel and Word programs. Self-motivated, well organized. Ability to track multiple open projects. Work well independently and as part of a team. Able to work well under pressure. Some project management experience highly desirable. Exceptional, organization, and customer-service skills. Ability to answer first level technical support questions by phone/email.
Desirable Skills / Qualifications: Logistics experience. Statistical Analysis or Database management experience. Knowledge of solar industry. Technical qualification i.e. Electrical/Electronic Customer service and problem solving skills.
