Your role as Project Manager will involve the planning and coordination of complex development projects relating to instrumentation and analytical systems used in the area of industrial automation. Tasks: - Manage various international development projects, including the coordination of activities across several sites and departments - Determine project goals and targets in collaboration with project sponsors - Define scope and timing of projects, identify priorities, plan schedules and costs, and assess associated risks - Draw up details of work packages, manage hand-over to departments for execution, and monitor implementation in line with schedules and budgets - Manage resources at a cross-project level - Coordinate activities with all relevant stakeholders (Product Management, Development, Purchasing, Production, QM) and report to head of department - Optimize project management processes in coordination with stakeholders
Requirements: - Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or similar - Several years' work experience in the field of project management - Excellent command of English at negotiating level (both written and spoken) - Self-confident appearance needed to assert your views and to ensure the successful realization of the project - Team spirit and interpersonal skills to ensure that all aspects are communicated effectively among stakeholders - Ability to empathize with others at a professional level and well-developed people management skills
