Our client, a reputed major overseas EPC Contracting Company based in Dubai, UAE is looking for competent professional candidates for following position for their on-going oil and gas process plant project in Kuwait.
1. Senior QA / QC Engineer E & I (Procurement)
1. Senior QA / QC Engineer E & I (Procurement)
Qualification: Degree (4 year full time)
Experience: Min 9 years experience in Quality control and assurance specifically in procurement for oil and gas process plant projects.
Specific Requirements:
1. Review of TBAs, TQs, MRs, P.Os, Drgs., Data sheets, Company Technical Specifications and commenting on Vendor ITPs& QA/QC Procedures.
2. Review of TPI reports and commenting.
3. Coordination with TPI Agencies and monitoring.
4. Review of TPI IRNs and issue of DODSAL IRNs.
5. Review of MRBs and submission to Company.
6. Coordination with Engineering and Procurement teams for taking action on Procurement QA/QC deliverables.
7. Coordination with Company for early approval of QA/QC deliverables.
8. Working experience in WRENCH or any related software for IDC checks.
9. Attending VPIMs and Review meetings with Vendors and resolving various QA/QC issues.
10. Preparation and submission of TQs and CRs which were related to QA/QC.
11. Awareness of QMS system.

Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, BGAS /NACE Certification
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in Coating / Painting application for EPC / Construction Projects in oil and gas sector. Inspector shall be demonstrate a thorough working knowledge and proven ability of all phases and types of critical coating applications and methods and recognized industry standards and knowledge of Painting / Coating Systems.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and competence based on interview, plus free food, single accommodation and Transportation, medical, air tickets.
