We are pleased to inform you that one of our prestigious GULF based Client is looking for the following position:
The Project Manager -
Job Summary:
: Responsible to plan and manage assigned projects,
Responsibilities: To understand the scope of assigned projects clearly
- Understanding the timescales, costs and resources needed
- Working with the Project Coordinator/Engineer to draw up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of the project
- Selecting and leading a team for each project including determining project roles of team members based on project requirements, timeframes and budget.
- Communicating requirements for materials and services to the Project Coordinator and in order to keep the project running
- Visiting different projects locations and making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards
Reporting regularly on progress to the client or to senior managers. This includes discussing project quality, client and team satisfaction and project review meetings
Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical engineering with minimum 8-10 years' experience as Project Manager/supervisory role preferably in contracting company.
- Experience onshore and offshore pipe line installation projects.
- Expertise in a senior leadership role
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Expertise in project management and related software
- Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills.
- PMP Certification will be Preferred.
