POSITION – SENIOR PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER
QUALIFICATION – Degree In Mechanical Engineering
EXPERIENCE – 10 to 15 Years
• Location : Saudi Arabia (Al Khobar)
• Status : Family status
• Salary : Basic Salary in the range of Saudi Riyals 11,000 – 13,500 Per month + Family Status, including HRA (3 months Basic salary) , Food Allowance, Full Medical coverage For family, "Tuition Fee & School Bus Charges in Indian Embassy School" (School Fees) for children, Annual Air ticket for self and family.
• Mobilization : As early as the candidate can
• Should be experienced in the entire spectrum of piping design engineering and working experience in Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Sectors of the Process Industry
• Should have experience working on General Engineering services piping related deliverables covering for areas such as Concept studies, Feasibility studies, Basic Engineering package (BEP), Front End Engineering Design (FEED).
• Should have worked on large scale EPC projects under the Engineering wing and coordinating the process, through procurement and construction by providing necessary support as required.
• Familiar with International Codes and Standards such as ASME, ASTM, API
• Familiar with Client standards such as Aramco, Sabic, Shell DEP, QP etc shall be an advantage.
• Previous experience working on Green field and Brown field jobs. For Brown field jobs, candidates will need to capture as built information from the site, establish the tie ins and further routing as per process requirement, keeping in consideration the spacing requirement , avoiding clashes and optimizing the design to suit the requirement.
• Candidates should have experience on basic piping calculation, such as pipe wall thickness, flange leak, pipe supports, Road crossing, Hot tap calculation etc.
• Candidates having a well-rounded experience both on layout and Stress Calculation with CEASER II will be an advantage
• Candidates shall have experience in producing narratives such as scope of work, project specification, Design basis, Data sheets for piping specialty items such as strainers, steam trap, expansion bellows, flame arrestor, liquid drain traps, Big bore valves etc.
• Fairly good knowledge in reading client standards, Piping Material specification painting/coating and insulation specification and coordinating with Process department, in identifying the line classes for the project.
• Previous experience producing reports such as Constructability reports, Location Evaluation and Feasibility report etc.
• Previous experience working in KSA with reputed clients will be an advantage
• Candidates having their degree certificate already attested with Saudi Consulate will be an advantage.
• Our clients are located throughout Middle East. The job will require site visits and the candidate should be prepared for long out station stays.
• Candidates should have experience in preparing proposals and in project bidding functions such as Engineering Man hour estimation, preparation of bulk MTO, Cost estimation exercise etc.
