There is a job opportunity for PDS Administrator for Faridabad Location.

Years of Experience : 5+ years (Oil & Gas, Fertilizer)
Education : B.E. (Mechanical)
Location : Faridabad

Key competencies - Functional
- Min. experience of handling two detail engineering projects independently.
- Knowledge in Piping specification.
- Knowledge of Smart Plant tools like SP3D, SPPID etc would be a great advantage.
- Good working knowledge of RDBMS like Oracle / MS SQL.

Responsibilities
- Create and maintain the Oracle names to the project schemas.
- Manage the project PDS setup and customization activities.
- Install the PDS software and related software on each PDS workstation as per the Intergraph compatibility matrix.
- Ability to carry out customisation of piping specifications. Load and maintain the engineering specification database and libraries on the PDS project.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing workshare projects.
- Ability to carry out customisation of various PDS modules like Isogen, Reports, Piping supports etc.
- Including support and configuration for:
Civil
Piping
Structural (Frameworks)
Electrical Raceways
Equipment (all disciplines)
Clash detection (IFC)
SmartPlant Review
- Interfaces with all third party software such as Plant Wave (For GAD's), Material Data Publisher etc.
- Schedule and validate all PDS and Oracle archivals. Recover files as requested during the project.
- Ensure that the appropriate quantities of PDS licenses are available for the project.
- Ability to handle installation of databases such as oracle & MSSQL, DB creation and database administration.
