1 . PIPING FLEXIBILITY ENGINEER LEAD
WORK EXPERIENCE:-
• 14+ years AND QUALIFICATION:- B.E / B Tech Mechanical Engineering
TECHNICIAN SKILLS:-
1. Should be a Team Leader/player and effectively Manage Team of Engineers/Designers/Draftsman.
2. Responsible for Quality, Budget and Schedule for activities related to pipe supports and Pipe Flexibility.
3. Preparation of Critical Line List and perform piping stress analysis.
4. Prepare and issue Single Line diagrams of loading for design of Pipe Racks/Pipe Sleepers and Foundation
5. Prepare Stress Reports.
6. Review Vendor documents of Equipment for conforming Piping Moments and loads.
SOFTWARE SKILLS:-
• CAESAR, 3D modeling tools
2.PIPING LAYOUT ENGINEER LEAD
TECHNICIAN SKILLS:-
7. Should be a Team Leader/player and effectively Manage Team of Engineers/Designers/Draftsman.
8. Should have exposure to Bid, FEED Phase and Detail Design Phase of piping activities
9. Design and verify Layout, Piping and Supports
10. Check and Verify the Piping Deliverables viz., Plot Plan, Equipment Layout, Isometrics and Piping General Arrangement Drawings
11. Make Piping Material Take off during Bid Phase, FEED Phase and Detail Design
12. Review Vendor Drawings for input to 3D model
13. Monitor and Report 3 D model progress
14. Co-ordinate with other disciplines for Inter Discipline Review of Documents including of Vendor
SOFTWARE SKILLS:-
• 3D modeling tools, model review software
