Lead Engineer – Process (Offshore) 
BE(Chemical) 
Experience : 10 to 15 years, (Min 8-10 years offshore exp is MUST ) 
Location Bangalore 

Job Responsibilities 

• Performing Simulation studies and developing Heat & Mass Balance 
• Flare, Blow down & Depressurization calculations 
• Sizing of Equipment, Instrument and Lines 
• Performing Hydraulic calculation of network lines 
• Estimation of Power load 
• Preparation of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual 
• Preparation of PFD, P&ID 
• Preparation of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram 
• Preparation of Datasheets for Rotating, Static and Instruments 
• Guiding Project management team on emergency 
• Forecasting deliverables affect the schedule 

Knowledge of international codes and standards like API 14 Series code, NFPA 13,15,20, API 2030, API 520,521 & 526 

Working experience in offshore projects. 
Working experience on Steady state Simulator software like HYSYS, PRO II, 
PIPESIM, Flarenet, etc
