JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: JUNIOR ESTIMATION ENGINEER (E&I)
1. Roles and Responsibilities:
· Review EPC tender scope of work and understand client requirements
· Request for clarifications
· Do site survey
· Carryout material take off from electrical & instrument drawings / specifications
· Prepare bills of quantities
· Review contract terms and conditions
· Identify project risks
· Liason with Procurement Department & other Department to get inputs for Costing
· Estimate material, labour, equipment and other indirect cost required for the project
· Proposal Preparation along with detailed estimations.
· Discuss & Present estimates to Proposals& Estimations Manager
· Prepare and compile technical & commercial offer
· Keep a Track of Market prices & fluctuation of rates
2. Skills:
· Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
· 3 – 5 years of experience in EPC / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry.
· Knowledge in manpower / equipment productivity in EPC / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical industry
· Meticulous, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
· Good Team Player
· Communication and listening skills.
· Computer literacy skills (MS Office, MS Project).
· Problem solving/trouble shooting skills
· Negotiation skills
Job Location: Atyrau, Kazakhstan -1 Nos
Chennai , India - 1 Nos
Job Rotation- 120 days - 21 Days
