Job Description
design and detail engineering of piping for power Industry. Conversant with Preparing Stress Analysis Philosophy, critical line list, Modeling and Piping Stress Analysis of piping facilities and using CAESAR- II, codes and standards, Isometric drawings, Gad checking, Material take-off from P&ID. Carrying out stress analysis for the CS piping systems using Caesar-II
Coordinating with various Discipline for necessary inputs & clarifications
Marking the systems on P&ID and updating the critical line list
Preparation of the stress reports Preparation of stress critical line list.
Preparation of Stress design basis. Riser line analysis Flange leakage calculation
Trunnion support calculation.WRC 107/297 Analysis
Preparation of Stress reports with client comment consideration
