Looking for Project Execution Manager with a Large multinational oil company in Mumbai, India. The position is long term permanent employment. The position reports to Brownfield Project Manager. We need candidates with strong hands on experience as Project Engineer in brownfield projects and offshore execution.
Experience Needed:
Minimum 15 years of working experience as a Project Engineer in offshore oil and gas field. Minimum six year experience in construction and execution management for offshore oil & gas brownfield projects. Minimum three years of offshore execution experience is preferred.
* Relevant years of working as a Project Engineer in offshore oil and gas field. Minimum experience in construction and execution management for offshore oil & gas brownfield projects & offshore execution experience is preferred* Leadership in the management of HSSE
Verifiable performance and delivery in a number of responsible project assignments, including cultural or geographical variation, working as a team member.
Effectively led multi-discipline team in medium complexity, small hydrocarbon gas projects or elements of multi-discipline delivery in larger hydrocarbon gas projects.
Led negotiations with contractors to deliver technical requirements. Had successful interaction with range of stakeholders.
Specialist Knowledge/Languages:
* Degree in mechanical/ chemical engineering from reputed government college (only first class degree) ideally from NIT , IIT
* Demonstrate good planning & execution skills to achieve targets in given time frame. Plan &prioritize own work effectively.
* Decisive, Analytical, communication, networking, negotiation, build relationships / trust, understand the full picture, innovative, open to new ideas, delegation skills
* Resilience & Ability to work under pressure
Special Features:
APM Practitioner qualification, or equivalent, preferred.
