. 3D Pipe routing with reference to P&ID.
. Preparation of Pneumatic test package & Online stream line inspection package for client approval.
. Preparation of standard for HDPE line supporting.
. Knowledge in ASME, API codes for piping.
. Smart Plant Review of routing.
. Review the stress analysis for hot tap and cold tie-in.
. Interference clashes Checking.

Position for Package/ Rotating/ Static Equipment
* Well Experiences Mechanical Piping / Rotating / Static Equipments / Package Equipments for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical .
* Good Experience in Planning, Budgetting, Executing, Controlling as Project
Management Team.
* Well familiar with ASME, ASTM, API Code Standards as well.
* Good Experience in Planning, Budgetting, Executing, Controlling as Project
Management Team.
* Erection and alignment of rotating and static Equipments.
* Responsible for provision of engineering, technical, administrative, quality, subcontractor management & construction support as necessary to add value to the construction process.
* Responsible for engaging in the site planning & layout, material procurements, cost control & quality management.
* Close coordination with Project QS for scope of supply and budgetary issues.
* Well experiences in Heavy Lifting works.
* Strong organizational and leadership/motivation skill, solid communication skill relevent to the preparation of technical reports and customer briefings.
Position for Mechanical Maintenance -
* Planning maintenance activities related plant considering company HSE policy.
* Creating maintenance work orders in coordination with operations, material reservation (spare part) and support services planning such as mobile equipment, metal shop, machine shop, scaffolding, grit blasting and painting shop for timely execution of maintenance jobs
* Proficient in using company drawing information system for identifying equipment details and equipment isolation by identifying different line classes using flow diagrams and piping isometric diagrams.
* Responsible for arranging day to day planning meeting and weekly planning meeting with all departments. Discuss various issues related to maintenance plans, materials spares etc.
* Monitoring and recording maintenance feedback data such as MRS (Material Repair Standards). Provide planning reports & produce KPI"s on a weekly/monthly basis to Maintenance Superintendent for identifying improvement opportunities
Position for Project Engineer Mechanical
* Responsible for control of Installation/Erection/Assembly of all static equipments by subcontractor as per meeting the project requirements.
* Supervision, guidance and overview of subcontractor to implement the requirements of the subcontract, including the drawings and specifications.
* Overall planning of the work and coordination with other discipline work in the same area.
* Reviewing the subcontractors documents viz detailed work procedure, work method statements and approves the procedures.
* Confirms that work complies with EHSS and quality requirements and works with the subcontractor to take corrective action in case of problems. Coordinates if any problems for corrective actions with superior personnel.
* Provides the control group information on change work and the monthly progress through lead Mechanical engineer.
* Experience in Installation, alignment & grouting of static equipments, viz Columns, Reactors, Drum, Heat Exchanger, Filter, Fired Heaters, Air-Fin Coolers, Package Equipments, etc.
* Experience in Installation & assembly of Platform & ladders for all various
Static Equipments.
* Experience in Installation & assembly of internal trays in Columns etc.
* Experience in Installation & assembly of various Mechanical package equipments.
* Adept at carrying out Inspection of above ground Storage Tanks and Pressure Vessels.
* An effective communicator with strong relationship management & team building skills and abilities in liaising with internal customers.
