The engine is 100% balanced internally by drilling the 2 rotors. At this time no seals but .010" clearance on all moving parts.
This engine should be able to produce enormous low speed torque and here too for unknown high speed, high horse power from the same engine in a very small configuration.
Studying the steam temperature/pressure table and it is clear that a higher temperature produces a disproportionately higher pressure. So for efficiency it is necessary to use very high (600+ degrees?) steam pressure.
Plan to make my rotary engine a compound engine, where the first small rotor, 3/4" thick, will discharge into the larger 2" thick rotor. This will expand and cool the very high pressure steam releasing more of its energy.
The beauty part of this 100% balanced rotary engine the range of torque from 0 RPM too 30,000 RPM.
