Job Description :
- Design & development of Gears Manufacturing
Forming , Broaching, Milling, Gear Formation, Gear Hobbling etc all the Processes involved in Gear Manufacturing- Design & development of Assembly lines
Drawings Creation for manufacturing with necessary GD&T.
- Selection of standard machine elements like LM guide ways, LM ball screws, bearings, motor, gearbox, pneumatic cylinder, hydro-pneumatic/servo-
- Prepare the document for manufacturing & assembly.
- BOM preparation
- Manual preparation and documentation
- Solid works and design tool knowledge Must
