Our client, a large oil and gas midstream organization based in the Odessa/Midland area, is actively seeking an experienced pipeline compliance coordinator. This role is set to be office based, with some field work involved when interacting with agencies and crews. Below is a list of requested responsibilities a qualified candidate shall possess:
- Prepares compliance audit data by compiling and analyzing internal and external information.
- Prepares, reviews and submits T4s, P5s, Onecall Mapping Updates, PS-48s, P4s, Texas Damage Prevention Forms, PHMSA Annual Reports, RRC Annual Reports, Onecall Registration, NPMS submittals and SARA Title submittal.
- Performs internal evaluations for the New Construction by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data before DOT/RRC schedules visitation.
- Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects in support of compliance auditors.
- Helps others by answering questions and responding to requests regarding 49 CFR 192 & 49 CFR 195.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed revising appropriate O&M Plan, Operator Qualification Plan, Drug & Alcohol Plan, Public Awareness, Public Liaison & Pipeline Facility Response Plan.
- Serves as a backup for Qualified Individual based on client's Emergency Reponses Plan per 49 CFR 194.
- Updates and maintains compliance per 49 CFR 195 pipeline inspection frequencies with Operations.
- Updates and maintains compliance per 49 CFR 194 training and drill exercises accordingly client PFRP.
- Updates and maintains OQ records for client Midstream as well as Contractors. Ready available to provide assistance to client employees request and troubling with company's online program.
- Updates and maintains Drug & Alcohol Program on a quarterly basis.
- Lead on reviewing and updated O & M, Public Awareness, Operator Qualification, Drug &Alcohol, Integrity Management Program and Public Liaison Manual per 49 CFR 195.
- Facilitate and takes the lead in pipeline incident investigations acting as a liaison when RRC or PHMSA arrives at company property.
- Provide updates and/or reports, to management, regarding status of assessment findings, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Company Manuals/Plans - Provide active role overseeing that company manuals/plans are implemented and should make recommendation on improvements. Demonstrate consistent compliance and raise awareness to company policies, while leading by example.
