MECHANICAL ENGINEER (PIPING WELDING) 
This MPR is for hiring Mechanical Engineers specialized in Piping / Welding . The proposed engineers will provide required engineering support for all off-plot activities such as welding, cold cut, hot tap, and isolations procedures. Also to provide technical support to any piping related on-plot activities that require stress and hydraulics calculations. In addition to supporting Filed operations in the area of DAS discrepancies investigation and I-Field. 
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Corrosion Engineering 


MECH ENGINEER (ROTATING EQUIPMENT) 
The job will be related to Reliability Engineering/Maintenance Engineering where the employee will be responsible of identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could adversely affect equipment/facility or operation. He should provide technical advices for operations and maintenance on condition of machines and repair methods (workshop and Field). In addition, he should review Bad Actor list (rotating equipment), analyze the problems/issues and provide recommendations. Moreover, he should conduct troubleshooting for any rotating equipment and participate in construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up of rotating equipment ensuring quality of work. Furthermore, he will be working on the followings: • Develops engineering solutions to repetitive failures and all other problems that adversely affect plant operations. To fulfill this responsibility he may apply one of the following tools: 
• Data analysis techniques that can include: 
• Fault Tree Analysis 
• Six Sigma (6σ) Methodology 
• Root cause Analysis (RCA) 
• Failure Reporting, Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)

DCS AND PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER 
This MPR is for hiring Instrumentation, DCS and Process Control Engineer. The proposed engineer will pursue a technical path to be specialized in Compressor Control System (CCS), Vibration Monitoring System (VMS), SCADA Systems, ABB DCS Systems and field instrumentation. NGED is in shortage of specialization in these systems in particular. Also, he will work on the design of corporate and department initiatives such as Flare Minimization, control valves obsolescence and pneumatic loops upgrades in addition to supporting plant operations in the area of field instrumentations and I-Field. 
Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrument and Process Control Engineering PE, FE, CEng under IET is preferred 


SCADA ENGINEER 
1. Provide high level engineering expertise in the resolution of SACDA/RTU and associated systems problems and failures. 
2.. Produce design packages to modify/add SCADA servers and subsystems failures 
3. Review Design packages related to SCADA projects 
4. Troubleshoot, analyze and write reports for issues related to SCADA/RTU and associated systems failures.

Will be responsible for evaluating and certifying Saudi Arab employees in the field to ensure they meet the minimum level to carry out the job of a Field Metals Technician and a Pipefitter Fabricator 
Minimum 20 years' experience within Oil/Gas/Chemical industry with a recognized apprenticeship training program preferably in the Pipefitter Fabricator discipline 
English reading and writing is essential 
Computer skills should include excel and word

NVQ Level 2 Certified if possible 


FIELD COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR 
• Coordinate developing and implementing the department SMS.• Provide support and consultation to all divisions in HSE. 
• Prepare departmental safety action plan. • The Department focal point in all HSE activities. 
• Serve as the department case management coordinator.• Review and asses all HSE related department manuals and documents. 
• Conduct SMS internal audits and reviews.

ENGINEER (PROCESS) 
Performs and directs complex engineering work and technical services within chemical engineering field and serves as consultant on engineering projects or studies. Job requires that incumbent has training, knowledge and experience in his engineering specialty of chemical engineering field and of the applicable codes and standards.. The successful candidate will work as a Chemical Engineer, leading feasibility studies to improve reliability and efficiency of oil and gas facilities. Also, he will provide operations technical support relating to plant processes and equipment productivity and reliability, energy efficiency, safety, cost savings, innovation and new technology applications. As a Sr. Engineer, he will lead process upsets investigation teams, HAZOP teams, and provide guidance, work direction and training to junior engineers in work techniques, methods and equipment. Part of his duties will be initiation of capital budget items and preparation of expenditure request justification with financial analysis. Moreover, As a Sr. Engineer, he will perform the technical review for the new capital projects which required a professional with depth process knowledge to have successful projects with on-time completion. 
Must possess a BS Degree in chemical engineering as a minimum with ten (10) Years of experience, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry. Experience must be such that the incumbent is clearly recognized as being capable of project and design assignments beyond the ability of the basic professional Engineer III or is qualified to an outstanding degree in one or another "Specialist# category. As a chemical engineer, he should have experience with process simulation, equipment performance calculation, and control valve sizing.. A thorough knowledge of English is required to perform analyses and studies in depth, make professional presentations and keep up with technical advancements. Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, US and Aramco Codes, Standards and Specifications. 


MAINTENANCE ENGINEER 
The HVAC mechanic shall have the ability to install, assemble, trouble shoot, modify, repair, and maintain air conditioning equipment throughout offices, facilities, sensitive areas, and data centers requiring critical control of temperatures. The HVAC mechanic shall have the ability to install, assemble, trouble shoot, modify, repair and maintain chilled water or refrigerant lines to condensers, evaporators, compressors, and controls; evacuating, dehydrating and charging system with appropriate refrigerants; checking for refrigerant leakages; resetting controls essential to maintain desired pressures, humidity, and temperatures. 
Must possess a BS Degree in engineering as a minimum with (10) Years of experience, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry. Experience must be such that the incumbent is clearly recognized as being capable of project and design assignments beyond the ability of the basic professional Engineer II or is qualified to an outstanding degree in one or another. As an engineer, he should have experience with HVAC ducts balancing, spare parts types and troubleshooting skills. A thorough knowledge of English is required to perform analyses and studies in depth, make professional presentations and keep up with technical advancements. Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, US and Aramco Codes, Standards and Specifications. 


CIVIL ENGINEER 
Civil Engineer capable to handle civil design projects like building, structural steel, road, bridges and foundations to be as per Saudi Aramco Standard. Also common understanding of oil industrial facilities and others engineering disciplines. 
Engineering degree and not less than 10 years of field experience. 


ELECTRICAL ENGINEER 
a) Electrical Engineer capable to handle capital brown field projects - electrical in nature like new substation, switch gear, MCC equipment installation or existing plant upgrade. 
b) Manage and execute capital brown field projects according to the scope, schedule and budget. 
c) Provide technical support during the design and construction of the projects. 
d) Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and networking skills. 
e) Adequate knowledge of engineering practices, international / Aramco Standards and Specifications. 
f) Electrical Engineering degree and not less than 8 years in oil/gas industries experience 


ENGINEER (INSTRUMENTS) 
Instrument and Control Engineer capable to handle capital brownfield projects - like Upgrading the existing plant control systems like DCS, ESD, VMS and SCADA Systems, Upgrading the existing plant instrumentation. 
Manage and execute capital brown field projects according to the scope, schedule and budget. 
Provide technical support during the design and construction of the projects. 
Good communication, presentation, interpersonal and networking skills.. 
Adequate knowledge on control valves, relief valves and other instrumentation 
Through knowledge of engineering practices, international / Aramco Standards and Specifications. 
B.S. Engineering degree in Instrumentation OR Control Systems OR Electrical. The candidate shall have minimum 10 years' experience in oil/gas/petrochemical industries. 


ENGINEER (MECHANICAL) 
Nine (9) years, preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry, such that the incumbent 
is clearly recognized as an expert in the Mechanical Engineering and fluently English speaker. 
Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles, calculation methods, design details, U.S. and Aramco's Codes, Standards and 
Specifications. This includes development of specific requirements from the date the project 
is conceived until completed, preparation of project proposal and expenditure request, consultation with proponent and management, design, materials ordering, scheduling, 
liaison with the construction forces, and following the job until a satisfactory operating 
facility. Accountable for the most economical expenditure of funds consistent with 
acceptable design practices and a sound facility with minimum maintenance cost and 
constructed at the least cost in keeping with target completion date. 


INSPECTION ENGINEER 
PROCESS PIPE & EQUIPMENT/WELDING: 
a. Monitors non-destructive testing examination results to determine defects, corrosion, mechanical damage, or blockages and makes recommendations for repairs or replacement as required. 
b. Performs all types of equipment inspection including that which requires the use of calipers, micrometers, infrared camera, borescopes, gages, etc. to assure continued safe operation . 
c. Performs all tests and inspections on equipment that has been repaired or modified to assure that the equipment meets the manufacturers and/or Saudi Aramco's specifications and Industry (ASME / API / AWS) code requirements. Must preferably hold and maintain one relevant API certification from API 510, 570, 653, AWS certified welding inspector and if specified by his- applicable Department RTF I level Il certification as per SAEP-1140 . 
d. Performs all necessary inspections for the installation of hot tap, weld plus ends repair sleeves, or any welding that is required of piping or equipment while in service. 
e. Monitors heat treatment of piping, vessels, and equipment . 
f. Witnesses hydrostatic and/or pneumatic tests on static equipment which includes the review of Hydrostatic, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams as well a Safety Instruction Sheets to assure that the correct pressure is used, the 
system is isolated properly and that relief valves are properly set and installed. 
g. Performs welder performance and welding procedure qualification records review. 
h. Monitors all aspects of welding operation on new or existing equipment . 
i. Evaluates equipment for fitness for service based on API 510 criteria. 
j . Assists in Risk Based Inspection Assessments by providing required data. 
COATINGS : 
a. Performs inspections of surface preparation for coatings, including anchor pattern measurements . 
b. Certifies critical coatings applicators . 
c. Inspects compressors, air blast hoses and other items of equipment necessary to achieve satisfactory blasting nozzle pressures 
d. Checks coating thickness to ensure conformance with Code and Standard requirements . 
e. Performs holiday testing of critical coatings . 
RELIEF VALVES : 
a. Performs assessments of business line and contractor relief valve programs and. facilities . 
b. Reviews relief valve authorization requests for completeness and order and ensures approval by the appropriate individual . 
c.. Provides tutorial information to users and promotes use of system for relief valve test date through SAP . 
d. Initiates- computer processing service requests and reports encountered with production runs. (Applicable to ID Corporate remote entry problems when level only) 
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING: 
a. Performs non-destructive inspections on the following but not limited to, welded structural components, and mechanical components (e.g. valves, pumps, pressure vessels, tanks, etc. ) 
b. Assists with the development of NDT procedures and techniques . 
c. Applies standards of acceptance and rej ection to the results of non- destructive testing in the determination of acceptability of materials and/or equipment inspected. 
d. Directs and/or provides technical assistance to others in the non- destructive testing as described by paragraph "4A" and in the determination of acceptance or rejection as described in paragraph "4C. 
e. Assists in the interpretation of codes and standards and in the development of procedures and technique sheets, as required. 
f. Prepares drafts and/or final reports including: as required, sketches or drawings indicating the status of acceptance and rejection and the necessary details. 
g. Evaluates drafts and/or final reports or assists in the compiling of final reports. 
h. Evaluates the operational condition and performs calibration, re- calibration of his equipment and assist other in doing the same and perform calibration of equipment utilized by others .

NACE 2 or ggpc 2 As Equivalent to level 
b. CSWIP 3 .1 or Associate AWS (ACWI) or equivalent* * 
c. Any of applicable API 570, SID, 
** Note: Employees holding this certification in previous grade code are exempted from re-certification after expiration. 
COATINGS : 
1. Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the 'H' series of Saudi Aramco standards and approved manufacturer's data sheets, or equivalent . 
2. Must meet the prerequisites of current grade code. Must have working knowledge of codes such as ASME Section 1, V, and TX, ASME B31.3 
3 . Must obtain following certifications : Coating Inspector - Level 2 or CSWIP-BGAS Grade-I or NACE level 11 SSPC level

RELIEF VALVES:

1. Corrosion Engineer 
Khurais fields network as well as Hwatah field have been challenged with microbiologically influenced corrosion (MIC) and SRB-induced corrosion respectively. Therefore, availing experienced corrosion engineer is critical to assure effective proactive corrosion management programs are always put in place and up to date. In addition, there are many continuous corrosion control assessments/activities need to be periodically carried out/validated such as developing corrosion control documents for each field, analyzing pipelines instrument line scraping report, enhancing chemical treatment programs, conducting risk based assessments and supporting all projects inspection activities. Hence, Khurais Producing Engineering Division is in need of hiring this corrosion engineer to provide technical and engineering support to address all KhPD corrosion-related issues and assessments. Also, he is required to provide high level engineering expertise in the resolution of corrosion problems resulted from increase in piping leaks in the Khurais CPF, Hawtah FCC, NYYM GOSP, and Khurais and Central Arabia fields that require deep investigation. 


2. Corrosion Engineer 
Below are the requirements: 
1- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering. 
2- Worked in the field of corrosion including chemical treatment for at least 14 years' experience. 
3- NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers ) certified in the internal corrosion for pipelines and chemical treatment specialists. 


3. Corrosion Engineer 
Below are the minimum requirements for the corrosion engineer: 
Bachelor degree in one of the following: 
1- Chemical Engineering. 
2- Mechanical Engineering. 
3- Metallurgical Engineering. 
Shall have minimum of 7 years' experience in corrosion and inspection and have minimum of 2 certificates of the below: 
1-NACE Corrosion Technologist 
2-NACE Corrosion Specialist Certification 
3-API 571 - Corrosion and Materials Professional 
4-NACE CP Specialist Certification 
5-Master or PhD degree in corrosion related topics

· Work schedule would be 40/ 48 hours per week 
· There will be 1 end of contract paid leave for 30 days with return tickets to point of origin after completing 12 months of contract 
· Medical Insurance as per company policy 
· It will be a single status employment contract while if the employee wish to bring his family on his own expenses then SMP Contracting Company will support on the visa process and documentation 
· Other Benefits as per Saudi labor Law 
· Please note this is NOT a rotational contract but a 12 month renewable contract.
