Responsibilities
- Develop commissioning and completions strategies and documentation.
- Ensure all applicable project safety procedures are prepared and fully understood and implemented throughout the pre and commission phases.
- Liaise with the project HSE group to ensure that all have been adequately trained.
- Identify and develop handover procedures.
- Ensure project quality requirements are met.
- Identify commissioning priorities and manage the interfaces between mechanical completion / pre commissioning and commissioning requirements.
- Preparation of all commissioning work packs, job cards drawings, procedures, specifications and documentation to prepare for and plan the offshore scope.
- Preparation of scope descriptions, man-hour and duration estimates to support the development of job cards.
- Responsible for preparing the schedule of the commissioning activities and then working closely with the planners in the development of the integrated plans to provide a realistic and logical plan with well-defined critical paths and a plan that is interfaced and integrated with the schedule and start up plans.
