We have Urgent Requirement as Sr. Manager / Head - R&D (Machine Design) @ Ahmedabad - MNC
Position : Sr. Manager / Head / - R&D (Machine Design)
Job Location : Ahmedabad
Required Job Profile :-
- Require Minimum 15+ years of Experience in Design / R&D for machine manufacturing company having full flagged R&D department.
- Require Minimum 3-5 years experience as R&D / Design head is MUST.
- Should have Strong Technical ability and High Analytical thinking process.
- Sound knowledge of 3D-CAD (preferably Solid works) and MS-Office Skills
- Knowledge of German language will be added advantage OR willing to learn the German language.
- Responsible for R&D projects and he should be able to guide and motivate R&D team (mechanical, electronics and software)
- Responsible for coordinate engineering and development assignments in close communication with their Headquarter (Germany)
- Support local sourcing processes to ensure proper decision about local procurement for their production facility.
- Support local manufacturing process
- Impartial and openness to communicate with other culture
- Able to transfer machine concepts in design solutions
- Ensure design and applicability of product components keeping global production network in mind
