Technical Project Manager required to help with the design and construction of a Biomass CHP plant using Advanced Gasification Technology.
The role will initially be up until the end of October 2017 but with a good chance of either a 12-month extension or permanent employment.
The plant is based in Scotland's central belt on the Northern edge of Loch Lomond and The Trossacks National Park. You'll need to within a reasonable travelling distance of the site (likely site visits 1 day per week) although it is expected you'll be predominantly home based.
Required skills
- Education to degree level or equivalent in related field of engineering
- Able to demonstrate previous experience across design, installation, construction and commissioning thermal generation plant.
- Knowledge and experience of CHP generation using biomass preferable.
- Confident use of MS Project and Microsoft Office
Remuneration will likely be c£40,000 pro rata, depending upon skills and qualifications. The role is urgent so the client is looking for someone who can start quickly.
