Key accountabilities
Design Office:
- To work in accordance with the Design Office procedures.
- To manage the Air BP Drawing Database and its Intranet portal.
- To manage the Design Office equipment, hardware and software, including support contracts.
- To develop improvements to Design Office processes.
- To assist in the estimating of Design Office man-hours.
- To record time allocation by use of the Air BP Timesheet system.
- To notify the Design Office Manager and Project Engineer of interruptions to Design Office workflow.
- To be responsible for the cleanliness and safety of the Design Office environment.
- To keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in the discipline.
- To manage the interaction with third parties including the exchange of electronic drawing data.
