Main responsibilities
- Is knowledgeable of LEAN work practices and applies these principles to project delivery.
- Oversees a team of less experienced piping designers,
- Supervises, trains, and mentors less experienced designers.
- Independently leads plant design activities as an area leader and cooperate with multi-discipline designers.
- Performs plant and piping design work across several engineering disciplines in the 3D integrated design systems (PDS, SP3D, CADWorx),

- Introduce and perform quality review check for 3D modeling and piping deliverables
- Participates in design reviews, risk assessments, and vendor bid evaluations.
- Assists in the generation of proposals, scopes, schedules and budgets for projects,
- Develops designer man-hour estimates for piping discipline,
- Displays strong communication and interpersonal skills and has the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
