JOB SUMMARY:
To provide excellent customer service and satisfaction by providing consistent:
Proper greetings; proper scanning, packing and payment settlement of the items purchased by the customers;
Safekeeping and handling of cash and records; handling of the cash machine.
To serve and delight customers by: Timely product replenishment/merchandising and stock control; displaying genuine product knowledge

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Candidates for this role are expected to perform the following: Ccan operate a till, scan products and settle payment
can carry-out departmental policies and procedures, i.e., opening and closing procedures, shrinkage control, etc.
Can systematically display products so that customers get what they want
Can consistently ensure product quality, cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned area
Can contribute and maintain a safe and secure shopping/work environment
Can communicate and relate departmental events, concerns, issues both in verbal and in writing
