Procurement Specialist
- Knowledge of ADB or other International Donor Organization Procurement guidelines & procedures,in addition well acquainted with National Procurement procedures & regulations.
- Min.10 years working experience of procurement's of Civil works.
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil engineering with 10 to 15 years experience as a Procurement Manager in a large construction company in India and Abroad.
- Knowledge of ADB or other International Donor Organization Procurement guidelines & procedures etc.
- Accounts & Finance Manager
- Minimum 10 years experience in Program or Project Finance,accounting and financial reporting under ADB and / Or International Donor assisted programs
- Knowledge (Conversational) with Financial management Systems (FMS)
- CA or MBA in Finance
- Experience in large construction projects / reputed firm in India and Abroad. Knowledge (Conversational) with Financial management System
- Wastewater Treatment Specialist
- Minimum 10 years refereed experience in sewerage and waste water treatment projects, implementation feasibility studies.
- B.Sc degree in Civil or environmental engineering.
- Working experience in Central Asia especially in Uzbekistan will be an asset.
- B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc in Civil - Environmental Engineering
- Should have working experience in Central Asia or Soviet Union countries. Some knowledge of Russian language will be an asset.
- Environment & Social Safeguard Specialist
- Experience in ADB or other donor funded project in Uzbekistan is an asset.
- Knowledge of ADB Safeguard Policy Statement (SPS) (2009) environmental and social safeguard policies and procedures.
- Min.5 years exp in Donor Funded resettlement Planning.
- B.Tech / B.E / M.Sc in Environmental Engineering with 10 to 15 Years experience as a Environment & Social Safeguard Specialist in India and Abroad. Preferably with Central Asia / Soviet union countries experience. Apply with all documents.
- Institutional Development Expert
- Minimum 10 years working experience in institutional analysis and development related to the urban water
and sewerage sector.
- Should have M.Sc degree in Economy or Finance or engineering with Socio- Economy background.
- Sewerage & Waste Water Treatment Specialist
- Team Leader - Should have 20+ Years experience in similar position.Similar position at least in 3 similar Projects.
- Knowledge of FIDIC or ADB conditions of contract.
- 5+ years experience in central Asia or Soviet union countries.
- B.Tech / B.E in Civil -Specialization with Hydro Technical Engineering.
- Should have worked in the Middleeast , Central Asia or Soviet Union countries, speak and understand Russian language.
