Skill Required :

Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to Job specifications, codes, standards and statutory Regulations.

- Development of the Basis for Piping Stress Analysis and Pipe Support Standard & Critical Line List for the project.

- Providing Guidance, Troubleshooting and Co-ordination of Piping Stress Analysis activities for single/multiple projects.

- Interface with Client/ Licensor/ PMC to resolve the queries and obtaining approval on deliverables.

- Pipe Support MTO and Details for Special Pipe Supports, Spring Support/Expansion joint Datasheet/Material Requisition.

- Interface with other engineering disciplines (Civil/Mechanical) for Inputs like Pipe Load Data, Supporting structure and Equipment Cleat requirement.

- Ensuring quality and correctness of all piping deliverables and inputs.

- Activity & Manpower Planning, Progress monitoring and reporting.

- Providing Field Engineering Support and resolution to site queries.

Key competencies - Functional

- Familiarity with National/ International Codes & standards, Specifications from reputed Licensors/Clients (EIL, UOP, Shell, Aramco etc.).

- Having hands-on experience and expertise in Piping Stress Analysis using Caesar-II, Autopipe.

- 3-D Model review software (Navisworks/Smartplant Review)

- Static & Dynamic Analysis (including Wind, Seismic & Slug Flow), Nozzle Load Checking (WRC & API 650), Trunnion Calculation, PSV thrust force calculation etc.

- Stress Analysis of Critical Systems like Compressors, Heaters, Air Fin Coolers, Pumps, cyclic systems involving high line size, temperature (Hot & Cold) and exotic materials.

- Min. experience of handling two detail engineering projects independently.
