Job purpose:
• Preparation and review of Commissioning and Completion (Turnover) Deliverables, Preparation of Mechanical Completion dossiers, check-sheets, certificates, start-up procedures, Inspection and Testing Plan.
• Preparation of scope of work for commissioning sub-contracts and for specific commissioning operations like chemical cleaning, pipelinecommissioning etc.
• Installation & commissioning of systems (with Vendor's involvement): Fire water system, Pump house, Clean agent, CO2, Automatic first-aid system for floating roof tanks, F&G system etc.
Qualifications and Skills required:
• Experience project execution experience.
• Development for owner parties (preferred).
• Strong computer skills, including fluency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (required)
Personal attributes:
• Self-motivated; seeks practical solutions with minimal guidance from supervision.
• Tolerant; and a good team worker.
• Must be willing to mentor national engineers throughout the design process.
