To support Fluor's continued growth and to work on our exciting new projects, we are looking for senior professionals with a minimum of 20 years* relevant experience in EPC companies with an oil & gas, refinery or petrochemicals background, for our Gurgaon office. Lead Design Engineers, Design Supervisors, Specialists, Managers, Senior Managers •  Civil, Structural and Architectural •  Control Systems and Instrumentation •  Electrical •  Mechanical - Static, Rotating, Packages and HVAC •  Piping - Layout, Stress Analysis and Material Engineering •  Process Engineering and Process HSE •  Project Controls - Planning, Scheduling, Estimating and Cost Control •  Project Management and Project Engineering Management •  Material Management - Material Planning and Control, Procurement, Contracts, Logistics and Inspection
Potential candidates should have proven leadership skills with a strong technical orientation, of which, at least 5 years experience should be in a similar capacity. Candidates should also possess excellent planning, coordination and people skills, and have an ability to manage large teams.
