Sr. Metals Mechanic:- 
Education & Experience: 
A. Two years diploma in mechanical/metal field 
B. Nine (9) years of related work experience in Oil & Gas industrial with proven capability for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems 
C. Knowledge of materials, their properties, and suitability in different mechanical applications 
Skills: 
1. Ability to read and understand policies, instructions, and directives in English. 
2. Ability to read, fully understand and interpret mechanical fabrication and assembly drawings, tight tolerance mechanical parts and assemblies. 
3. Basic computer skills with office productivity software for e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets. 
4. Oral communication—the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings.

PIPEFITTING - Lays out, fabricates, assembles, installs and maintains piping and piping systems for steam, water, heating, cooling, pneumatic, lubricating and other high-pressure oilfield processing systems 

Electrical Engineer II:- 
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering 
• 7 years' experience in Pipelines electrical equipment's (RTU, substation , etc.) 
• Firm knowledge in P&ID modification and troupe shooting. 
• Firm knowledge in LPC root cause analysis 
• Firm knowledge in Metering skid and SRV Orifice calculation 
Fair knowledge in filtration system. 
Perform with minimum supervision a variety of complex engineering functions such as: 

Project and Design Engineering: This includes the management or design of complex engineering projects from date of assignment until project completion which entails developing or reviewing requirements project proposal, expenditure request, design materials ordering, scheduling and coordinating proponent, maintenance and construction work forces involved. Incumbent assigned is accountable for the most economical expenditure of funds consistent with acceptable design practices and a sound facility construction at the most efficient cost in keeping with target completion date 
Support project execution and project proposals and initiates detailed work outline and makes decision as to basic processes, and/or equipment. Performs work and or delegates work to other engineers and final development of specialized or technical proposals and studies of proposed projects 
Engineering analysis and the development of recommendations and alternatives in the solution of complex problems related to company process units and oil/gas handling facilities. This includes the recognition of problems, thorough analysis of present situation and objectives, development of comprehensive program and implementation to improve operation. Assignments require extensive knowledge and experience in order to interpret apparently related factors, develop and apply novel calculation methods and program and evaluate testing to provide data and confirm conclusions. 
Frequent contacts with operating Division and Unit Heads to ascertain problems, define scope of projects, develop solutions, and evaluate alternatives. Occasional contacts with Managers and infrequent contact with Executive Management responding to inquiries or presenting conclusions of studies. Frequent working contacts with suppliers of data and information 
Prepare approvals of the problem solving report plans, schedules and provides coordination and work direction as required for the preparation of designs, processes, reports, correspondence and related data and assures the efficiency, adequacy and conformance to overall objectives of project 
Formulates the basis for an engineering study or project or design in any basic or special engineering field by analyzing and evaluating all data pertinent to assignment. Evaluates data as to scope, effect on existing installation, economic value, long range planning and budgetary considerations 
Leads and recommends new continuous improvement solutions for installations or modifications to improve existing facilities and standardization within specific fields of endeavor. Estimates costs, prepares justifications and completes expenditure requests as required 
Discusses, coordinates and resolves problems with personnel throughout Aramco and subsidiaries and with outside of Company organizations. Acts as technical consultant when required. 
Reviews work of engineers directed. Checks that reports are written according to established methods of good report presentation. Makes recommendations for future study or report changes. Approves reports for transmittal to supervisor. Reviews work of third party, technology reports, and engineering standards. 
Lead the implementation and operation of all kind of recommended solutions. 

Machinist Tech I 
Education & Experience:

Engineer II 
EDUCATION: 
Mechanical Engineer 
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering 
• 7 years' experience in Pipelines operation Engineering 
• Firm experiences in developing Engineering Procedure to execute modification, new set up to facilitate maintenance field execution. 
• Firm knowledge in implementing ASME and ANSI Code related to pipelines design 
• Fair knowledge experience in rotating equipment's such as Pump 
• Fair knowledge in Valve trouble shooting 

•4 years' experience as mechanical engineer or 11 years field experience as a mechanical maintenance technician in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical industry, Power plants industry and Desalination plants 
•Experience in disassembly, inspection and repair of valves, pumps, gearboxes, and compressors. Experience in operating lathe machines is preferred. 
•Knowledge and experience in the following mechanical subjects: Bearings and Lubrication, LASER alignment, Vibration analysis, motor operated valve actuators, Mechanical seals, and Turbines. 

Machinist Tech I:- 
Successful candidate will be expected to: 
Performs skilled machinist work of all types in shop or field. May provide work direction to lower classified machinists as required. 
A. Locates equipment faults and operating irregularities by making the necessary diagnostical tests, measurements and analyses. This 
may be done with equipment in place in the field or, if necessary, by stripping equipment down in field or shop. Determines nature of 
repairs to be made and replacement parts required. 
B. Performs necessary maintenance on assigned equipment, stripping down, replacing, fabricating or re-machining parts as required. 
Reassembles equipment, runs operating tests to ensure satisfactory repair. 
C. Prepares new or altered installations on all types of mechanical equipment including foundation work, line-up, gear box, coupling and 
speed control settings, then test runs for acceptance. 
D. Sets, adjusts and performs maintenance on machine tool equipment and balancing machines. 
E. Troubleshoots and repairs all kinds of hydraulic and electric (mechanical side), relief valves, motors, shipper pumps , auxiliary pumps 
(lube oil and fuel), reciprocating compressors, diesel engines, Installation and removal of gas turbines. 
F. Provides general guidance and work direction for assigned crew members. 
G. Performs any other job-related tasks. Education & Experience:

Digital Sys Technician II:- 
Successful candidate will be expected to: 
1- Perform skilled maintenance and repair work on a wide range of field instrumentation. 
2- Assist more senior technicians in troubleshooting field process problems and in performing more complex tasks. 
3- Maintain and repair field instrumentation and basic supervisory equipment, such as vibration monitoring equipment, using standard test 
equipment and basic diagnostics. 
4- Assist senior and junior technicians in maintaining and repairing complex equipment. 
5- Perform modifications as detailed in Engineering Packages and assist in testing same. 
6- Prepare and interpret instrumentation schematics and loop drawings (ILD's, P&ID's etc.). 
7- Locate and interpret relevant technical information, such as data sheets and vendor's manuals. 

Electrical Technician I:- 
Successful candidate will be expected to: 
troubleshoot, repair / replace faulty electrical equipment and systems in the pump stations and pipelines. The below list indicate the 
major tasks that candidate is expected to: 
Conduct daily maintenance activities (troubleshoot, repair, preventive maintenance) of: 
1. UPS systems. 2. motors. 3. breakers. 4. Battery banks. 5. Battery charger. 6. lighting 
7. Provides a support during electrical equipment failure investigation and troubleshooting and performs high-skilled diagnosis. 
Successful candidate will also be expected to: 
Performs skilled electrical work of all types in shop or field. May provide work direction to lower classified electricians as required. 
A. SHOP: 
1. Inspects electrical equipment to determine the extent of repairs required using test equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters, 
ohmmeters, meggars, meter-shunts, clamp-on instruments and volt- ohmmeters. 
2. Disassembles electrical equipment, makes wiring diagrams, replaces or repairs parts such as starter switches, controls, elements, 
wiring; tests and rewinds defective coils, diagnoses malfunctions and makes repairs to motors; checks for electrical integrity, undercuts and 
polishes commutators, rewinds motors and armatures and reassembles electrical equipment. Makes proper internal and external 
connections. 
B. FIELD 
1. Installs, maintains and repairs wiring systems, sets power and lighting boards and panels, connects motors and controls, installs 
fixtures and checks and tests electrical equipment before putting into service. 
2. Removes and installs electric motors, repairs and adjusts contactors and controllers. 
3. Performs preventive maintenance on electrical equipment. 
4. Revises existing systems and equipment to conform to verbal instructions, revised drawings and work orders. 
5. Salvages all material possible on assigned job; makes verbal or written reports to Supervisor regarding conditions or problems 
encountered on job assignments. 
6. Practices good housekeeping including jobsite cleanup and conforms to safety standards, rules and practices. 
7. Performs other job-related tasks which are essential to complete the job and are within the ability of the employee. 

Engineering Aide:- 

Successful candidate will be expected to: 
Assists engineers in gathering, consolidating, and interpreting engineering data in an assigned area. 
Incumbent will perform his duties in an area where professional engineering services are performed. Incumbent will be involved in the 
Division contracts activities. Incumbent is expected to: 
1-Prepare POs under the existing Long Form Contracts. 
2-Participate in the administration of the LFC, MFC and SFC. 
3-Handle the field execution and inspection for all contracted activities. 
4-Prepare field progress reports. 
5-Gather the required date 
6-Maintain secure filing system. 
7-Assist in the contractor's evaluation. 
8-Hold daily follow up meeting with contractors. 

Hvac & Refrig Tech ( AC Serviceman):- 
Successful candidate will be expected to: 
1-Locates equipment or system failures and operating irregularities by making the necessary diagnostic tests, measurements, and analyses. 
Determines nature of repairs or modifications to be made and replacement parts required. 
2-Locates specification sheets, manufacturer's technical data, reads necessary blueprints, P&ID's, Instrument Loop Diagrams, and electrical 
diagrams required to complete repairs or installations. 
3-Performs skilled repair work and preventive maintenance on all types of large heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and 
refrigeration units in major Industrial installations. 
4-Performs required maintenance on assigned equipment, runs operating tests to ensure satisfactory operation of repaired or newly installed 
replacement equipment. 
5- Works with minimum supervision. 
6-Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, instrument and control problems. Determines nature of repairs or modifications to be made and parts 
required. 

Sr Welder ( Certified Welder):- 
Successful candidate will be expected to: 
A. Reads and interprets fabrication drawings and weld symbols. 
B. Selects type and size of SMAW and GTAW electrodes, tungsten, and filler wires, according to approved welding procedure specifications. 
C. Performs SMAW in all positions on pipe, plate, and structural steel using basic cellulose or rutile electrodes, as specified under Saudi 
Aramco welding procedures. 
D. Performs GTAW in all positions on sheet metal, and on alloy steel pipe. 
E. Operates various types of SMAW and GTAW equipment in workshop and field environments. 
F. Performs plasma arc and arc-air cutting and gauging operations. 
G. Operates oxy-acetylene equipment (manual torch and automatic cutting machines) for cutting, beveling, and brazing plate and pipe. 
H. Performs dye penetrant tests and pre and post heating of weldments in accordance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards. 
I. Repairs small castings using various welding processes. 
J. May be required to perform specialized welding procedures, depending on work location, including submerged arc welding, gas metal arc 
welding, and flux core arc welding on carbon and low alloy steels. 
K. Performs general housekeeping and cleaning of his work area. 
L. Performs other miscellaneous and minor duties as directed by the Foreman or Supervisor.
