Role Descriptions
Operations Production Assistant Superintendent -: Chemical or Mechanical Engineer/Manager/Supervisor. The candidate must be experienced in multi-plant, (complex), operations supervision and coordination or have experience in operations in multiple plants. The role will be accountable for the function of the Site Integration Dept. and oversee overall site operations with a focus on optimizing production to plan. The candidate must have excellent management skills, interpersonal skills, good understanding of Chemical Complex operations and people management skills.
Operations Technical Advisor (Planner) -: Experienced Console Operator/Shift Supervisor. Preferably the candidate has extensive console operator - shift supervisor experience in the operation of a multi-plant complex or operating/supervision experience in multiple plants, Hydrocarbons (Olefins) Cracker, Polyethylene Plants, Aromatics and Aromatics Derivatives plants. Candidate will provide day to day operations oversight and give direction to shift personnel on production targets, priorities, planned events that may affect the operation. The candidate must have good understanding of chemical plant operations, raw materials and utilities flows across an integrated site. Good planning skills as well as strong communications skills. Must be proficient in the use of computer and office software.
Site Shift Supervisor -: Experienced Console Operator - Shift Supervisor in multi-plant operations, Hydrocarbons (Olefins) Cracker, Polyethylene Plants, Aromatics and Aromatics Derivatives plants. Candidate will provide operations supervision of entire Sadara Site. Must have good understanding of chemical plant operations, raw materials and utilities flows across an integrated site. Good communications and strong operations supervisory skills.
Console Operator I -: Experienced Console Operator in multi-plant operations, Hydrocarbons (Olefins) Cracker, Polyethylene Plants, Aromatics and Aromatics Derivatives plants. Candidate will provide operations oversight of entire Sadara Site. Good understanding of chemical plant operations, raw materials and utilities flows across an integrated site. Strong communications skills, and is able to take command and control in emergency situations.
Outside operator-: Aromatics
Contract Manager -: Experienced Engineer or Operations Professional; Candidates in this role will be part of the site production planning function with a focus on raw materials supply. They will be the focal point for coordinating external raw materials supplies for all plants on the site. The role will represent Sadara"s interests, needs and requirements on matters of externally supplied raw material and utility-energy services. Candidates in this role must have very good interpersonal skills, particularly written and verbal communication skills and a very good understanding of the front end supply chain function of an integrated chemical complex.
Admin Assistant -: Experienced and proficient in use of computer and office software. Must possess very good communication skills, office organizational skills and be have a great attitude in being helpful to all members of the dept.
