JOB PROFILE
Managing awarded projects from the time the customer issues the purchase order till the
delivery of the product to customer, ensuring timely delivery of a quality product within
budget.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- Review of customer PO to ensure that:
* PO matches agreements made during estimation phase and company policy aspects.
* Required delivery time is reasonable and achievable.
* All background history formed during estimation phase is well known.
- Conducting a kick off meeting with all departments that shall contribute to the project to
ensure every department knows its role and the required time of completion of its
specific role.
- Issuing master schedule for projects and supervising the generation of the related
detailed schedule by the production control department
- Monitoring and controlling resources to accomplish projects within budget and on time.
- Monitoring the materials procurement phase to ensure timely delivery of materials
within budget.
- Monitoring factory progress in the manufacturing phase to ensure that the schedule is
maintained and that registered man hours are within budget.
- Handling all customer related correspondences.
- Taking necessary actions towards any anticipated deviations.
- Issuing periodical reports to higher management to demonstrate the projects status in
regards to:
* Schedule.
* Progress.
* Budget.
* Invoicing.
