About Saudi Aramco:
Saudi Aramco"s Refining, Marketing & International (RM&I) business line is responsible for the Company"s downstream operations: refining, distribution and marketing. RM&I oversees the operations of the Company"s wholly owned refineries and NGL (natural gas liquids) fractionation plants. The business line is also responsible for the Company"s large integrated distribution system that encompasses pipelines, bulk plants and marine terminals. Saudi Aramco"s wholly-owned shipping subsidiary, Vela International Marine Limited, operates one of the world"s largest fleets of supertankers. M/s.Saudi Aramco is seeking an experienced "Piping Engineer" to join the Pipeline Technical Support Division. Pipeline Technical Support, the technical arm of Saudi Aramco"s Pipelines Department, provides engineering support to ensure the safe and efficient operation of more than 22,000 km of crude oil, natural gas and refined products pipelines across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Pipeline & Piping Engineer will perform technical tasks assigned by the specialist engineers" supervisor on onshore and offshore pipelines facility operations, engineering and projects. The successful candidate will ensure the technical quality of the work performed and that the assigned tasks are completed on time. Interface with other departments, vendors, subcontractors and third parties as per supervisor instructions. Participate in project vendor meetings when requested. Provide expertise to the Pipelines technical functions in the verification of technical documents relevant to the pipeline organizations. Provide expertise to support the technical performance of pipelines engineering and operations, and provide expertise to answer relevant proponent technical queries when required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will provide support to the piping and equipment layout design relevant to the assigned unit or area. Review piping general arrangements and piping isometrics relevant to the assigned unit or area. Manage piping isometrics in the reference P&IDs. Perform data consistency check for 3-D models. Support design for the relevant unit or area in coordination with the Pipe Stress Engineer. Provide piping and bulk material takeoffs and bill of materials documents. Oversee piping and layout design specifications and construction standards. The Pipe Stress Engineer"s function on a typical project includes: Specifications for stress analysis, piping critical line list, piping support specification/standards. Selection of applicable pipe supports; review of hydraulics and stress calculations, material specifications and data sheets; NMR and review vendor drawings; review of IFC design packages in accordance with approved company standards; review and analysis of proponents on pipeline operations problems such as isolation and leaks repairs; and review of applicable standards, codes and specifications, and incorporate them in job specifications. Review job safety specifications for pipelines operation and project tie-in and isolation requirements. Review job specifications for piping fabrication, inspection and testing, and hydro test, commissioning and startup procedures for new and exiting pipelines.

Minimum Requirements:
- B.E/B.Tech in appropriate field of Engineering (Full Time) from an accredited university. 
- 7+ years of professional experience preferably in the oil industry or similar process industry such that the candidate is clearly recognized as an expert in his field.
