Job opportunity for Instrumentation Lead Engineer (Offshore) for an International EPC Company for Bangalore
Year of Experience : 10-15 Years
Location : Bangalore
Industry : EPC/Oil & Gas/Hydrocarbon/Refineries/Petrochemical
NOTE : Minimum 6 years experience in Offshore is mandatory.
Skill Set Required :
*Design and detailed engineering of Instrumentation for Oil & Gas upstream
(offshore Fixed and Floating) Industry including FEED development.
* Familiar with all international and local standards.
* Prepare/check/approve RFQ/Data sheets/Specifications.
* Offer evaluation
* Technical bid analysis
* Purchase Specifications
* Vendor drawing review for DCS/ESD/F&G/RTU/SCADA, analyzers, control
valves, safety valves, metering skid, Shutdown Panel, MPV, MPFM, flow meters,
transmitters, all field instruments and bulk material.
* Preparation / checking / approval of documents /deliverables like
* Design Basis
* Instrument Index
* Instrument IO List
* Logic diagrams
* Process piping / pneumatic hook†up drawings
* Loop diagrams
* Installation Drawings
* Cable Schedule
* JB wiring
* Material Take†off
* Cable/tube tray layout.
* Sizing of control valves, Safety valves, flow meters like Orifice plates.
* Review of P&IDs, package inputs, Safe charts, Cause and Effects matrix.
* Knowledge of Smart Plant Instrumentation.
Software Skills :
* PDS/PDMS/AUTOCAD
* EXCEL Macros
* MS Office
