  Create Shortcuts At Desktop For Shutdown, Restart, Hibernation, Sleep And Lock Command

I always like those kind of tips and tricks which can fasten my work in any way or anything which is extremely unique. Previously we saw how you can change the default power button option from Shutdown to something else. But  in order to shutdown or restart your computer, you have to click start menu and than have to select your desired option. Though it's an easy thing to do but still it requires you to perform 2 or 3 steps.
Create Shortcuts At Desktop For Shutdown, Restart, Hibernation, Sleep And Lock Command
1. Right Click on Desktop, select New and click Shortcut.
2. Now type the command given below (which you want to use) exactly the same way in the box.


3. After copying the command at the Box, click Next.
4. Give a proper name to this shortcut and than click Finish.
5. You will see a shortcut will be created on your desktop, which you can use immediately to perform the required function.

6. But this icon doesn't looks good, so let's us change its icons to complete the whole process.
7. Right Click the shortcut and select Properties.
8. Click Change Icon button.
9. Select the icon which suites with the required functionality and than click OK.


10. Now it looks much better.
