* Strong technical knowledge in pumps, agitators, compressors, turbines, blowers and packaged equipment like cooling towers, boilers, refrigeration systems, HVAC system material handling systems, flare system etc. - ability to define specs for purchasing equipments ; Familiarity with international codes like API, ASME, NFPA etc. is essential

* Strong technical knowledge in design and detailed engineering of Static Equipment like towers, tanks, reactors, S&T and air cooled heat exchangers, tower internals, FRP equipment, etc. with Strong analytical and in depth design abilities of Pressure vessel & Heat exchangers / Tanks,
* Advanced knowledge of ASME Boiler and Pressure codes, Materials , Inspection, API standards, TEMA, PD, WRC and other mechanical engineering related industry standards Should be adept at the usage of office tools like MS Office and static equipment design tools/ software like Compress, PV Elite, B-JAC / Aspen EDR or equivalent tools
* Knowledge of HTRI, FEM and analysis tools like Ansys will be an added advantage
* Work experience in procurement of Static Equipment - (Process Containment Equipment) like Tanks, Towers, Heat exchangers required for large and mega petrochemical / chemical manufacturing or oil & gas projects with multinational EPC or reputed engineering consultancy firm
