Skill Sets:
* Should be having around 15 years of exp with engineering services related work with the knowledge of Engineering Turnkey projects for Plant Design & Piping Design by using PDS, PDMS, Micro station etc
* Should be having at least 5 years of Heading the division
* Should be ready to drive entire division towards profit center to the organization
* Should be having the experience in dealing domestic and international clients.
* Should be having the knowledge in Business Development activities
* Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals
* Collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
* Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
* Track project milestones and deliverables.
* Should be having experience in handling international client projects especially for USA & UK
