PT OPAC Barata is a well-established oil and gas service company with a range of operational interests, including seismic QC, and marine and drilling operations. We have a fully functioning HSE system and are developing our existing quality management programme to be eligible for ISO 9000 in the medium term.
· Researching and ensuring company compliance with all relevant QHSE regulations
· Performing safety inductions and holding safety meetings with office and offsite contract personnel
· Maintaining and publishing company QHSE statistics
· Completing HSE and QM questionnaires for client tender submissions
· Expanding and updating company's quality management plan
· Developing SOPs to complement company's quality management plan
· Prepare company for ISO 9000 certification within the terms of corporate plan
· Managing ISO process
· Carrying out in-house audits of HSE and QM procedures.
We require a young technical graduate who can continue to manage our existing HSE programme and develop our quality management programme. Ideally the candidate will have be an S1 or D2 graduate in engineering or industrial safety with appropriate certification in quality management or occupational safety. This role will involve the following activities:
· Maintaining and updating the company's HSE Plan and full supporting documentation· Researching and ensuring company compliance with all relevant QHSE regulations
· Performing safety inductions and holding safety meetings with office and offsite contract personnel
· Maintaining and publishing company QHSE statistics
· Completing HSE and QM questionnaires for client tender submissions
· Expanding and updating company's quality management plan
· Developing SOPs to complement company's quality management plan
· Prepare company for ISO 9000 certification within the terms of corporate plan
· Managing ISO process
· Carrying out in-house audits of HSE and QM procedures.
Some experience of oil and gas operations and the bidding procedure under PTK/007 would be preferred. Good written and spoken English, a professional and mature outlook, commitment, intelligence and integrity will be required.
