Urgent: Piping Design Engineers (Oil Refinery) @ Kuwait

Our client is one of the largest refineries in the in Middle East, They are embarking one of the largest strategic new refinery project in Kuwait, with capacity of 615 thousand Bp/d. Once this new refinery & the Clean Fuels Project are completed the refining capacity, will rise to around 1,400.000 barrels per day. The two projects will lead to the processing of high quality petroleum products & will open new market outlets across the world & enhance their competitive ability at those markets.
They have commenced the project construction & looking for competent Engineers, to construct the project as per schedule in stipulated cost & time parameters
Qualification & Experience
* Graduate Mechanical Engineer with minimum 8 + years of experience in piping design & detail engineering / Consultancy Services for major Oil refineries or oil & gas projects
* Should have experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas sector.
Job Profile
* Knowledge of International Piping Codes & specifications
* Expertise of 3D software like PDS/ PDMS/ SP 3D/ COMOS/ PMS / VMS , Knowledge of SPR/Navisworks / Review Reality is preferred
* Modelling & analysis of Piping Systems using CAESAR II, expertise in 3D review software
* Review & comment project P&IDs, layout, equipment data.
* Knowledge of Flexibility Analysis
* Should be able to finalize support requirement , without input from stress.
* Should be able to drive model review session.
* Feasibility check & routing of pipelines for Equipments
* Knowledge of Piping routing planning, Support design, preparation of Material requisitions, Bid tabulation, vendor drawing review
* Knowledge of international codes & standards such as ASME/BS is essential.
* Should have the capability to lead a team of draughtsman & must have the knowledge / experience to develop designs from job specifications in accordance with international engineering standards & Auto CAD application design skills.
* Candidate should have good knowledge of inter discipline interactions & coordination.
* Candidate should be a good team player with proven leadership skills & excellent communication skill.
* Participate in vendor meetings
