Requirement 1: Lead Mechanical Engineers (Chemical Engineers may also apply)
Review general project objectives and establish mechanical engineering requirements for multiple power plant services projects including interpretation, definition of scope, development of concepts, work assignments, staffing, scheduling and review. Typical candidate would have expansive working knowledge of main plant and balance of plant mechanical systems including preparation of general arrangement drawings, Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID's), preparation of equipment specifications, bid evaluation, vendor drawing review and cost estimation. Candidates should have experience in large coal power plants and combined cycle power plants.
Requirement 2: Lead Civil/Structural Engineer
Working knowledge of civil and structural engineering related basic analysis, design calculations, sketches, etc. required to prepare documents, specifications, drawings, or to meet other project requirements. Candidates should have experience in analysis, design and review of steam turbine foundations, turbine building steel/concrete framed structure, boiler steel structure, etc. Perform and supervise the technical preparation of various studies, conceptual design, and detail design on various projects. Candidate must have experience as a lead engineer for design and experience in fabrication and construction. Must have knowledge of design applications such as Risa 3D, pcaMats, Staad Pro, Xsteel, AutoCAD. Develop and monitor project control systems including schedules, budgets, bills of material, etc.
Requirement 3: Lead Electrical Engineer
Review general project objectives and establish electrical engineering requirements for multiple power plant services projects including interpretation, definition of scope, development of concepts, work assignments, staffing, scheduling and review. Working knowledge of auxiliary power system equipment selection & sizing, power plant electrical system design including single and three line diagrams, equipment sizing, power distribution system, layout design, ductbank and cable tray design, schematic wiring diagram design, grounding design, cost estimation and specification & proposal preparation
