We need Project Manager of Smart Plant with 10 + Experience
We need candidates from anywhere else but willing to relocate Hyderabad.
Contract/Project Manager of Smartplant (3D, P&ID, INS, and EL.) as part of EPC project
A Smartplant contract/project manager has vital responsibilities in carrying a project to an on-time, on-budget completion. As the project owner's representative through all phases of detailed design, his skills, knowledge and experience are at the core of the project team. The responsibilities may be
* Must have: Had direct international experience, managed at least one Smartplant project from start to end and negotiated contracts as part of an EPC contract.
* Plan, prepare, negotiate, implement, monitor and audit the Smartplant enterprise software service contracts includes Requirements, Scope of Work, Estimated Duration, Work Description, Responsibilities, deliverables, cost and delivery time breakdown, and contract pricing, etc.
* Participated contract negotiations; prepared, reviewed and revised the Smartplant and respective EPC Contracts and Suppliers" Contracts.
* Prepared respective project organizations and relevant job descriptions (concerning Smartplant projects)
* Implemented continual improvement studies on the following processes; communication, tender, contract, documentation, procurement, human resources
* Plan, prepare, incorporate and negotiate for Joint Venture establishment contracts.
* Plan, prepare, incorporate the Insurance Risk Management processes
* Plan, prepare, incorporate, implement, monitor, audit and improve the Reporting Management processes
* Plan, implement, monitor, audit and improve Safety Management processes
Definite assets having these qualifications as well but not mandatory
* Implement Strategic Planning processes(Risk Analysis, SWOT analysis, Targets, Strategies, Policies, Change Management, etc)
* establish ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Management Systems and Implementing continual internal training on them
