Key Responsibilities
Responsible for Project Management activities for setting up of Small Hydro power (9 MW) projects covering:
* Co-ordination of all activities including engineering, procurement, erection & commissioning and monitoring of contract performance for project & subcontracts.
* Preparation & tracking of project schedule / implementation plan. Application of execution strategy to implement the project within the schedule & cash targets.
* Preparation of commercial terms and conditions, tendering, evaluation & finalization of contracts.
* Cash flow management, cost control, management of project insurance and settlement of claims and disputes.
