Job Description
Preparation / Review of Man hour Estimates, and assistance to HOD/GL in project activities,
control of man hours and review of any change in scope of work.
* Preparation / Review of drawings, Document control schedule.
* Guidance to Job Engineers / Draftsmen in all activities as required.
* Preparation of equipment layouts and piping conceptual layout drgs. for
refineries/petrochemicals/ onshore oil and gas sector.
* Understanding of statutory requirement pertaining to piping study drawings development
* Preparation of piping design basis and development of piping and valve material specification.
* Review of piping design drawings including GAD"s, Isometrics, supports, bill of materials.
* Review of stress analysis and nozzle load analysis.
* Review of enquiry documents /material requisitions /technical bid analysis and purchase
requisitions.
* Preparation of construction tender specifications, review of contractor drawings and documents.
* Development and upgradation of technical specification and standards.
* Planning of resources and job allocation.
* Working knowledge of PDS/PDMS,SPR,Navis works
* Progress monitoring and reporting.
* Concept of quality control and quality assurance as per ISO 9001:2008.
* Ensure quality of deliverables
