VACANT POSITIONS/JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

Position : General Manager - OPERATIONS

Job Description/ Responsibilities

·       Leading a Team of Project Manager and Construction Managers

·       Liaoning with Client on a daily basis & solve day to day issues on site.

·       Attending  Daily Meetings and Communicating with Client on daily basis

·       Ensure daily targets as per Level-4 Schedule are achieved.

·       Make catchup Plans and recovery plans to achieve the planned targets.

·       To provide a safe working environment for all employees ,subcontractors, suppliers, Clients and visitors

·       Own the project Programme and ensure timely delivery in terms of cost, specifications, and client satisfaction

·       Provide technical guidance to the site, and resolve critical site issues

·       To optimize utilization of men, material, equipment and staff

·       Be completely accountable for development, motivation and assessment of supervised staff and labour resource.

·       Control and direct the work of all site based operation.

·       Close coordination with all departments to ensure uninterrupted progress on site.

·       Optimization of all resources with a view to control cost and maximize productivity.

 Skills -

  • Strong Leadership Skills and should be able to command a Team of Construction Professionals.
  • Strong Communication skills and should have a good command over English language.
  • Engineering graduate (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Civil Engineering preferred), Post graduation in Project Management will be an advantage, credentials in Cost Management (like PMP, Prince Certification ) will be an added advantage
  • Meticulous, detail oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Internal - Corporate facilities, Administration, IT, Procurement, Legal, Logistic Team, Users, Engineering Team
  • External - PMC, Consultants, Architects, Vendors, suppliers, liaison agencies
  • Strong sense of ownership in delivering results,
  • Proactive and self-driven.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Good Team Player
  • Communication and listening skills.
  • Computer literacy skills (MS Office, Viso, Auto Cad, PDF and MS Project).
  • Problem solving/trouble shooting skills.

  • Project cost management & cost control capability.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Good HSE awareness
  • Material management, Quality evaluation and documentation management
  • Hands on Experience on Estimation Software or highly proficient in MS Excel

Job Location: Head Quarters in Atyrau , Kazakhstan

 

Rotation : 3 Months Working & 21 Days

Travel: Economy Class Tickets shall be provided from Atyrau up to Hometown.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided in Atyrau City. Candidate to choose Accommodation Status (Bachelor Accommodation / Family Accommodation )

Transport: Employees shall be provided Transport from Accommodation Place to the main Offices.

Food ( Kazakh/Indian/ Italian/ Continental ) shall be provided by the Company if on Bachelor Status

Salary: Best in the Industry for suitable Candidates.

Qualification- Diploma or Bachelors in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a reputed University.

Experience:- 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Hydrocarbon Industry. Knowledge of QS related to E&I would be preferable although not mandatory

Candidates with similar Work Experience in Kazakhstan shall be preferred.

The interviews shall be conducted in Atyrau in the last week of September. We can provide you reimbursement to attend the interviews once we get your confirmation. Those Candidates who are not in a position to come to Atyrau shall be interviewed telephonically.
