Qualification & Experience
* Bachelor degree in Chemical / Mechanical or Fire Safety Eng.
* 15 + years Experience In developing & implementation of incident command Emergency Response & crisis Management System in Petroleum / Hydrocarbon Processing industry.
Job profile
* Familiarity with international standards on Emergency Response, incident command crisis Management such as NFPA, CCPS.
* Certification in Incident Command System (ISC)
* Exp. In training on Emergency Response, crisis Management System.
* Carrying out HAZOP, Risk assessments, Process hazard analysis, New/revise the HSE procedures, Implementation & monitoring of HSE policies for safe work place, Hazardous chemical transport safety.
* Accidents/Incident Investigation, Incident Corrective & preventive Programs.
* Conducting safety meetings, Operational safety, Implementation of Work Permit System, Lockout / Tag out, Loss prevention activities.
* Attending critical plant safety issues & recommending advice etc.
* Behavior Safety Management, Conduct plant safety Audit for the effectiveness of ISO & OSHAS standards.
* Safety / Fire training courses preparation, Liaison with various Govt. departments & other safety organizations.
* Emergency response management (On Site-Off Site), Conducting Mock-Drills, Selection & procurement of P.P.E., Gas detectors, Fire alarms, & Fire fighting equipment"s. Testing of Fixed foam, fire hydrant, water spray system.
* Carrying out HSE Audits, Conducting risk assessment, JSA & JHA, Safety training courses preparation, Maintaining the workplace HSE management systems, Monitoring quality of Tool Box Talks, Conducting safety meetings, Implementation & monitoring of HSE policies & procedures for safe work place. First-Aid Fire Fighting Training, Safety Incentive/SHE improvement Schemes, HAZOP reviews, Safe plant vehicle use, Total loss control, Review of work method statements, Implementation of H2S programme/ Procedure, Confined space safety,
* Emergency response management, Mock-Drills, Lockout / Tag out, Accidents/Incident Investigation, Proper implementation of Permit to Work System, Loss prevention activities, Waste & Environmental Issues etc.
* To lead the development & maintenance of Emergency Response procedures in order to reduce the risk to personnel, assets & Company reputation. To schedule/conduct emergency exercises to verify the effectiveness of these procedures.
* Emergency Response System (ERS) Implementation
* Emergency response operations for fire, toxic release, chemical hazards, oil spills etc
* Devising & implementing emergency procedures viz. ERCP(Emergency Response & Control Procedure) level-1&2, ODMP (On-site & Off-site Disaster Management Plan) & Fire Safety Management Systems
