Position : AGM Piping, Mechanical & Plant Design Automation (PDA)

Job Location Hyderabad.

Position Reporting Leadership Role reporting to VP - Engineering Division

Qualification & Experience
Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 14-18 years of work experience in mid size engineering organization / consultancies

Key Deliverables

Lead and manage Piping, Mechanical & Plant Design Automation disciplines.
Managing more than 150 employees.
Project Management.
Proposals Technical Assistance.
Sound detail engineering knowledge.
Experience of working in engineering software especially Intergraph's/Aveva smart tools.
Experience in Project management activities - Resource plan & scheduling etc. & Inter disciplinary coordination.
Experience in Client communication & ISO/ISMS requirements awareness.
Should possess good knowledge on International design codes & standards.

Skills Required T Technical
Strong knowledge of PDMS , SP3D, PDS, & Autocad

Communication
Able to manage internal and external communications
Fluency in written and oral communication
Planning and Organizational Skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines and prioritizing workload in a busy environment
Proven capacity to plan ahead, factor multiple variables, use own initiative in planning tasks
Teamwork
Proven ability to work effectively within a team, setting clear goals, coordinating work with colleagues; with flexibility, negotiation and providing advice to other members of the team
